Terms & Conditions

1. Service Scope

MATTALL LIMITED provides digital tax consultation services, written summaries, planning documents, review materials, and email-based support for business clients.

Our services are provided in accordance with the service description shown on the website at the time of purchase. Each service has a defined scope, delivery method, and timeframe. We do not provide guarantees regarding any tax outcome, third-party decision, or regulatory result.

Please note that we do not provide legal or accounting services, and we do not act as a certified tax advisor. Our services are intended to provide general business tax support, practical guidance, and digital documentation only.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information needed to deliver the service. If information is missing, unclear, or incorrect, delivery may be delayed or the service may need to be amended.

2. Payment Terms

All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in full at the time of checkout unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing.

By placing an order, the client authorises payment through our secure payment processor. Orders are only accepted once payment has been successfully completed.

If a payment fails, is reversed, or is later found to be invalid, we may suspend or cancel the related order.

3. Delivery Information

All services are delivered digitally by email. No physical goods are supplied.

Delivery times vary depending on the service purchased and are shown on the relevant service page. Delivery begins after payment confirmation and, where required, after the client has provided all necessary information.

The client must provide a correct and active email address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect contact details, spam filters, mailbox restrictions, or the client’s failure to receive email.

Where a service includes a PDF, digital file, consultation outcome, email summary, or action plan, delivery will be made to the email address provided by the client.

4. Cancellation Rules

A client may request cancellation before work has started. If a service has already been prepared, delivered, or partially completed, cancellation may no longer be available.

Once a consultation has taken place or a digital deliverable has been sent, the order is generally non-cancellable.

If a client wishes to cancel an order, they should contact us as soon as possible at consult@mattallconsulting.net with their order reference and reason for the request.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide services with reasonable care and skill.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MATTALL LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, or business interruption.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by incomplete client information, third-party service issues, email delivery problems outside our control, force majeure events, or decisions made by third parties.

Our total liability for any claim related to a service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.

6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

If a dispute arises, the client should contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter informally and promptly.

If the issue cannot be resolved informally, the matter will be handled in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
